CityPay informs users that the display of fiscal receipts in the Paynet app has been restored.
Dear users,
Due to a technical issue, some users may have temporarily experienced problems with the display of fiscal receipts in the Paynet app.
As a result, fiscal receipts for certain previously completed transactions were re-sent through the my.soliq and Didox systems.
Please note that all payment transactions had already been successfully processed and completed earlier.
No repeated payment is required. Users do not need to make any additional payments or take any further actions.
The re-sent fiscal receipts are for informational purposes only and are intended to ensure the correct display and accounting of documents.
The service has now been fully restored. Fiscal receipts are displayed in the Paynet app as usual, and all services are operating correctly and stably.
