When receiving crypto assets to your CityPay wallet, it is important to consider the selected crypto asset, transfer network, and minimum receiving amount.
Each crypto asset and network has a set minimum deposit amount. If the transfer amount is below the required minimum, the funds will not be credited to your CityPay wallet.
Before sending a crypto asset, we recommend carefully checking:
• selected crypto asset;
• transfer network;
• wallet address;
• minimum receiving amount.
For example, the minimum receiving amount for USDT is 1 USDT regardless of the selected network, while for Bitcoin it is 0.0001 BTC.
The current minimum receiving amounts for crypto assets are listed in the table. We recommend using it as a reminder before each transaction.
